Policies

 

Two night minimum stay required. Call in advance if you wish to book the entire inn, of if you are planning a special event or extended stay.

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. No check-in after 10:00 PM.

We do not conduct check-in after 10:00PM. This is done to ensure a quiet atmosphere so our other guests may sleep. If you are running late please call us as soon as you can so we can make arrangements. Because we do not a have a front desk and our property is large, it can be difficult to tell if a guest has arrived. We ask that you please call us when you arrive at our gate so that we can meet you promptly. Otherwise we may not know that you have arrived.


Deposit Policy

Deposits are the total price of the first night including tax.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Please email reservations@indiancreekinn.biz with the subject "Cancellation" or we will not be able to cancel your room. Non-group cancellations require a minimum of 14 days notice for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations after the cutoff are nonrefundable unless the cancelled room can be resold.

• Single Rooms

For any cancellation received less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to fill your cancelled reservation, we will return the balance of your deposit.

• One Entire Building

If you have reserved an entire building, the cancellation period is up to 30 days before arrival. Full room fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival. For any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to fill your cancelled reservation, we will return the balance of your deposit.

• Two or more Buildings, or the Entire Property

Reservations for two buildings (not rooms) or for the entire property, including wedding parties, may cancel up to 90 days prior to your arrival, but will incur a $50 cancellation fee. For any cancellation received less than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to fill your cancelled reservation, we will return the balance of your deposit. Full room fees are due 90 days prior to your arrival. An individual agreement specific to your group will govern your reservation.


kids

We do not allow infants under 2 unless they are part of a group that has purchased all the rooms in a hub. If you have a child 2-16 and want to bring sufficient bedding for them to sleep on the floor, a Deluxe room can accommodate that. However we do not provide any equipment (cots, air mattresses) or extra bedding so please come prepared.


pets, camping, & behavior

No pets or camping. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation at once if a guest is disruptive or rude to our other guests and management. By reserving a room with us you acknowledge that you accept this policy.
