It’s important to plan ahead as many restaurants are closed mid-week, particularly during the winter months. And of course many aspects of dining out have changed due to COVID-19, so be sure to check restaurant websites for hours, dining options, and other details.

Area Restaurants & Eateries

Wickson — Wickson serves up fresh and fabulous dishes using their wood-fired oven and the beautifully fresh local ingredients.

The Company Kitchen — If you’re in the mood for excellent Mexican food with a few American standards mixed in, The Company Kitchen is just minutes away in Philo.

The Bewildered Pig — “The Pig,” as it’s called by locals, specializes in seasonal dishes executed with flair by the talented Janelle Weaver.

The Boonville Hotel — A local institution, the hotel serves beautifully prepared and locally inspired dinners. The menus are posted online every Wednesday for the upcoming weekend.

Lauren’s — Casual and delicious, Lauren’s cooks up both American and International made-from-scratch “Home Style” dishes. Family friendly.

Offspring — Delicious pizza right from the wood-fired oven, as well as salads and other delectable plates. Another venture from The Boonville Hotel. Currently open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and open for lunch on Saturdays.

The Boonville General Store — This organic café makes wonderful sandwiches and salads, and offers grab-and-go items to fill a gourmet picnic basket. Coffee, espresso, tea, wine, and beer are on offer as well. Closes at 3pm.

Mosswood Market — Great for breakfast and lunch, you can get paninis, salads, and a mean espresso in this charming coffee spot. Closes at 3pm.

Disco Ranch — This little wine shop has delicious small plates, gourmet food items, and a wine selection that will impress even the most sophisticated oenophile. It also has a warm and welcoming vibe, a perfect spot for a glass of wine on the patio.


Grocery Shopping

If you plan on taking advantage of our full kitchens to make your own meals, here are some grocery stores where you can stock up.

Lemon’s Market — Right down the road in Philo, Lemon’s carries a nice selection of produce, groceries, and other necessities despite its small size. It also has the best butcher counter in the valley, and their deli makes excellent sandwiches.

AV Market — Situated in Boonville, AV Market is another spot to pick up food essentials.

Boont Berry Farm — This tiny shop in Boonville offers organic produce and a variety of prepared foods at the deli.

Dahlia & Sage — A gourmet grocery in Cloverdale.

Ukiah Natural Foods Co-op — A large selection of organic produce, groceries, meats, cheeses, and more, as well as an espresso counter, salad bar, and home and beauty essentials.

Oliver’s Market — An excellent grocery store in Windsor, with anything you need and then some. Also includes an extensive prepared foods selection.
