Two night minimum stay required. Holidays and special events require a two night minimum. Call in advance if you wish to book the entire inn, of if you are planning a special event or extended stay.

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
No check-in after 10:00 PM
We do not conduct check-in after 10:00PM. This is done to ensure a quiet atmosphere so our other guests may sleep. If you are running late please call us as soon as you can so we can make arrangements. Because we do not a have a front desk and our property is large, it can be difficult to tell if a guest has arrived. We ask that you please call us when you arrive at our gate so that we can meet you promptly. Otherwise we may not know that you have arrived.

To hold your reservation, a deposit in the amount of your first night’s stay is required. If you would like to send a check please make it payable to:

Cancellation Policy


Deposits are the total price of the fist night including tax. Cancellations must be made in writing. Please email reservations@indiancreekinn.biz with the subject "Cancellation" or we will not be able to cancel your room. Non-group cancellations require a minimum of 14 days notice for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. For any cancellation received less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to fill your cancelled reservation we will return the balace of your deposit. Group reservations for an entire building have a 90 day cancellation period prior to the the date of arrival. Full room fees are due 90 days prior to the date of stay. Cancellation before the 90 day cutoff will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancelations after the 90 day cutoff are nonrefundable unless we are able to resell your room. Group reservations for two buildings (not rooms), the entire property, including wedding parties may cancel up to January 15th of the calendar year of the stay, but will incur a 50$ cancellation fee. Cancelations after the January 15th cutoff are nonrefundable unless the cancelled room can be resold. Full room fees are due on the January 15th cutoff date.




Other Policies

No pets, or camping please. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation at once if a guest is disruptive, or rude to our other guests and management. By reserving a room with us you acknowledge that you accept this policy.
